A note for you:
Sometimes if you ask a person what Church they belong to, they will answer that they belong to a Christian Church. By speaking this way they often want to say that they are Chris-tians but Catholics are not. But Catholics are Christians just as much as they are. Anyone who believes that Jesus is the Son of God and who tries to follow him is a Christian. We Catholics believe in Jesus and try to follow him. So we are also Christians. The Catholic Church is the original Church founded by Jesus. But there are also many other Christian Churches with many different names like Baptists, Lutherans, Pentecostals and many more. They have different ways of understanding Je-sus and His message. They do believe in Him and try to fol-low Him according to their way of understanding Him. They are Christians. The sad thing is that often Christian Churches fight with each other over of the different ways that they understand Jesus and His message. How sad! We should all be brothers and sisters in Jesus in spite of the differences.
