Company Profile
Introduction Established in 2005 as one of EICG sister companies, employs over
20 professionals EICG – Business Development is mainly involved in assisting
corporates as well as entrepreneurs in reaching their objectives by providing management, financial and administrative advisory services, project management and follow up. It also provides a wide range of corporate finance, risk management and internal audit services
The company operates two business units:
◦ Egyptian International Group for People Development – a limited liability company offering HR and training services to a wide spectrum of clients in Egypt
◦ Solutions – a limited liability company registered at the Capital Market Authority as a service provider for financial consulting and corporate finance services

Key Executives
Mr El Shibini is the overall Business Development Partner of the
Group and has over twenty four years of experience working as
an ex-senior Partner for Price Waterhouse Coopers and prior to
that with Arthur Andersen in the Middle East
He sits on the board of several bodies including the Egyptian
Foundation for Financial Directors, and is a member in several
specialized committees of the Arab Academy
In addition to developing the overall firm’s policies and
business plans, he has direct supervision of all consulting
assignments, and corporate finance work
Mr Mostafa El Shibini (CPA, MBA) – Chairman
Mr Salem is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a
Masters Degree in finance and accounting from Ohio University.
Mr Salem was the partner in charge of advisory and integrated
planning and restructuring work with Ernst & Young – Egypt where
he provided valuable services to a prominent wide range of
multinational companies till 2001.
Mr Salem left E&Y to join the Gulf Arab Investment Company first
as CFO then CEO till 2005
Mr Salem is the managing partner of EICG Business
Development (EICG BD)

Mr. Husam Salem – Managing Partner (CPA,
MSA)
Managing director of the corporate finance advisory arm
She has vast experience in executive financial and investment
positions in both locally and internationally
Expertise in managing private equity portfolios,
Work experience includes Finance head for various multinational
companies namely General Motors, McDonald's, Price Waterhouse
Coopers (Cairo and New York), Fleming Investment Bank, Capital
Market (Cairo and London)
Ms. Saleh is a CPA and CFA charter holder

Mr. El Nady holds a Bachelors of Sciences degree
in Management and a certified Enterprise Economist
from the Hautes Ecoles Specialisees (Switzerland)
Mr. El Nady has worked in the Gulf Region and in
Egypt and has experience in the Hospitality Industry
and Pharmaceutical Industry in Sales and Marketing,
tactical business development as well as corporate
