List of EIA Guidelines in Malaysia Section 34A specifies that EIA reports shall be in accordance with the guidelines prescribed by the Director General. The key Guideline material is a 'handbook of EIA Guidelines and Procedures' published by Depatrment of Environment (DOE). In addition EIA guidelines for spesific sectors have been produced and the following are currently available at DOE.
