Portable working platform using scrape material
For 50 nos. of skylight openings @ 12 mtr height , wall Shuttering / concreting works a working platform was required , hence using the scrape bars made a platform and under the platform catch net was tightened and anchoring arrangement made for the safe working condition .
Platform is such like it can shift after completing the task to new opening works .
1. Use of Scrape reinforcement bars.
2. Cost saving instead of using boom lift .
3. Time saving instead of making the platform on the spot by doing welding work for each opening .
4. Improving quality works by eliminating the welding work on truss.
5. Productive work , requiring less time to shift the platform .

Housekeeping integrated with induction
5S Site Initiatives
The concept of “5S” applied to the housekeeping is believed to effectively improve the working condition. The concept is based on five elements including Organisation, Neatness, Cleanliness, Standardization and Discipline. This course aims at introducing the concept of "5S" and its application on construction sites in such a way that the employees can make use of this approach in their work place/dept. for improving the health and safety standard in the project. Awareness and inspiration from the 5s training and Commitment to the faculties and my organization; I have started to implement from office in associate with EHS team only
