Inacup,combine50mlofricevinegar,1Tbsp.ofsugarand1tsp.ofsalt.Mixwellandsetaside.
l CookRice After1hour,measurethesoakedriceandtransfertoastockpotordeeppan.Addthesameamountofwater.
Adda5-inch×5-inchpieceofdriedkelp,putalidonandcookoverhighheatuntilitcomestoboil.
