Black&White- Made by going to image->adjustments->Black&white and then choosing the different color you want to make darker or brighter.

Cartoon- Made by first using the “smart blur” option in filters->blur->smart blur- Then duplicate the blurred layer and make sure you have black and white colors selected in

your colors(black as the main color and white as the secondary) - Go to filters->Sketch->photocopy and edit the options as you like- In the layers box, right above them there is a drop down list where you shall choose

“multiply”- And you’re done.
