But don’t make it a habit to skimp on pillow time. Sleep
helps promote many healthy processes in the body

Hydration is important year round, but it’s time to double
down on your water intake during the summer. Water
helps maintain body temperature and carries heat away
from your organs.
As your body heats up, sweat cools your skin to by
evaporating-- which keeps you at an optimal temp.
To keep your body heat in check and avoid heat stroke,
do the following:
• Drink to satisfy thirst. Don’t wait until you’re overly
thirsty as you may have already lost 2% of the water
in your body.
• Pay attention to your pee. Urine should be light or
colorless, not cloudy, dark, or smelly.
• Avoid alcohol before long bouts of exercise. And
don’t nurse a hangover with a gym session.

Those dog days of summer can keep you
indoors. Beat the heat by planning exercise early
in the morning when it’s still cool.
Shorter, more frequent exercise sessions may be
your best bet as you can fit them in before

When traveling, book trips where walking

The Goldie Latte
• 1 (15 oz) can coconut milk
• 1 cup almond milk
• ½ scoop Truvani Vanilla Protein Powder
• 2 teaspoons maple syrup
• 3 Truvani Daily Turmeric tablets (or 1 teaspoon
ground turmeric)
• 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• Extra ground cinnamon, for sprinkling on top
INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS:
Place all ingredients in a pot, gently bring to a
boil, simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Pour into 2 mugs and sprinkle cinnamon on top.

Golden Beauty Pops
• 16 ounces coconut milk
• 3 Truvani Daily Turmeric tablets (or 1 teaspoon
ground turmeric)
• ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
• ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
• 2 tablespoons maple syrup or raw honey
INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS:
1. Place all of the ingredients in a pot over
medium heat.
2. Simmer for 8-10 minutes to combine flavors.
3. Let cool and pour into popsicle molds. Place
in the freezer for at least 4 hours or overnight.

• ½ scoop Truvani protein powder
• 3 tablets Truvani turmeric
• 1 cup frozen mango
• 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, finely chopped
• 1 cup coconut milk
• Honey to taste

Blend all ingredients in powerful blender. Enjoy!
