TO THE HONORABLE WILLIAM H. "JOHN" McKAMEY, COUNTY EXECUTIVE, AND THE MEMBERS OF THE SULLIVAN COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS IN S P E C I A L SESSION

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ABANDONMENT OF THE PUBLIC RIGHTS, IF ANY, IN A PORTION OF BUCKLES DRIVE ON LONG ISLAND IN THE 13TH CIVIL DISTRICT OF SULLIVAN COUNTY, TENNESSEE.

WHEREAS, J . D. WILSON, Commissioner of Highways for Sullivan County, has petitioned this Board to extinguish and abandon all public rights in a portion of Buckles Drive; and

WHEREAS, no right of any member of the public, other than Eastman Kodak Company, would be affected by the abandonment, and it has also requested that the road be closed.

NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Sullivan County, Tennessee, assembled in S P E C I A L Session an the 11th day of July , 1991,

THAT the public rights in that portion of Buckles Drive hereinafter identified shall be and are hereby extinguished, and said portions of said road is hereby abandoned by Sullivan County, Tennessee.

The portion of Buckles Drive which is hereby abandoned and in which the public eights are extinguished is specifically described as follows:

BEGINNING at its intersection with the extension of the boundary line between Lots 9 and 10, Block 4 . and extending northwesterly approximately 540 feet to its intersection with the extension of the boundary line between Lots 30 and 31, Block 3.

All resolutions in conflict herewith be and the same rescinded insofar as such conflict exists.

This Resolution shall became effective on 1991, the public welfare requiring it.
