with our estimated cost for your information. The total amount of the lump sum price of

the project is One Hundred Two Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (₱ 102,500.00).

pipeline system to main street, installation of cold waterline system from MWSI water

On the above project lump-sum cost of (labor only). We proposed to complete installation. All plumbing materials with fixtures for the complete works as indicated in scope of works here to provide (in the base of plan) with road drainage system.

Note: For additional plumbing works not included in this form. Should you find our proposal acceptable, we shall be more than glad to confer with you and ask 15% down payment and 85% progress billing.
