• Offer incentives based on authentic teacher performance
• Career guidance• Incorporation of technology in teaching• Special- Education teachers• Introduction of Cooperative learning
• Retrofitting of classrooms to accommodate disabled children
• Making system parent friendly• Formation of PTA’s and parental support units
