• A street view inspection consists of stopping in front of the insureds property and confirming/validating the information that is listed on your print ticket from your vehicle. Some RCT Items can be updated during the SVRA.
• You would determine if there are any disqualifiers present, and if so, proceed to complete a full inspection. If there are no disqualifiers, you would simply take a few required photos.
• Allstate has implemented this process to help manage their inspection budget along with creating a better customer experience by not disrupting the customer if there are no issues/discrepancies.

• Roof covering ( architectural, asphalt/fiberglass, metal, etc)
• Roof style/slope (gable, hip, gambrel, flat, etc)
• Exterior wall type (brick on frame, vinyl, block, etc.)

• Street View with Data• This is a SV inspection that includes RCT data (number of stories, living area,
etc.)• This could be a New Business inspection or a Re-inspection that requires RCT
data• Please make sure you include data in your print outs
• Street View without Data• These are inspections that do not have RCT data included• Examples would be Re-inspections

• There will be some regional exceptions. This will be communicated to you by IRS Field Management

• After field completing the inspection, please follow these steps to upload.
• Open the inspection
• You will see Street View With Data Exterior on the left side
• Proceed to the next tab “Street View”
• If a “disqualifier” is present, follow these steps:
• Press the CONVERT Tab• It will return the inspection to a
New Business order• Enter Inspection data as normal

• Here you can add the required photos as normal

• “Additional Questions” is where you will provide reason for SVRA disqualifier on a converted inspection. Reasons include:
• Visible Hazards/Exposures• Garage Type Variance
• Number of Stories/Home Styles
• Long Driveway• Photo obstructions
• Gated/Appointment Required
• Customer Outside/Visible

• You will now see this error message when a SVRA has been converted without a disqualifier selected on the Additional questions tab.
• If you receive this message, return to additional questions tab and select the appropriate reason.
• You are no longer required to enter the “disqualifier” reason manually in this section. It will automatically populate into report based upon selection from additional questions tab.
