Edu-Grant is a water education grant
program
design
ed to
increase stu
den
ts’ aw
areness of the importance of w
ater in Southern California. It is also intended to im
prove and supplement academ
ic instruction by providing financial support to teachers seeking to do creative classroom
projects. All K-12 teachers are eligible to com
pete for grant awards. Teachers m
ay apply individually, or as a team
, for a m
aximum
of $750 per project.

ater District are invited to participate in the poster contest. The objective is for the students to be able to create an artistic poster depicting various w

rade) This contest is open to m
iddle and high school students in the spring. The objective of the contest is to increase aw
areness of the im
portance of water in Southern
California by creating a video or digital art specifically focused on w
ater conservation issues.

2nd- Prize up to $400
3rd- Prize up to $200

ET Curriculum guide filled w

related lessons. The Project WET curriculum
