Increasing student going overseas
• Students going abroad is a challenge for the development of the education market in China
• Although this will act as good opportunity for institutions providing test preparation such as TOEFL, TSE, SAT, ACT, IELTS, GRE, GMAT and LSAT but will act a major challenge for higher education institutions
• With the rise in income parents in China are easily able to afford to send their children for higher education in the US or UK and this in fact has become a status symbol in the Chinese society
• It has been estimated that number of student going abroad for post secondary education will rise in near future mainly because of the limited placement opportunity after post secondary education
Students are going abroad for higher studies which is deterring domestic education growth
