EDUCATION ACT Pursuant to section 46 of the Education Act , the Minister of Education orders as follows 1. The school year 2011-2012 for (a) elementary schools in Whitehorse other than Hidden Valley Elementary School; and (b) Golden Horn Elementary School in Golden Horn Subdivision is established according to Schedule A. 2. The school year 2011-2012 for secondary schools in Whitehorse is established according to Schedule B. 3. The school year 2011-2012 for Hidden Valley Elementary School in Whitehorse is established according to Schedule C. 4. The school year 2011-2012 for Nelnah Bessie John School in Beaver Creek is established according to Schedule D. 5. The school year 2011-2012 for Ghùch Tlâ Community School in Carcross is established according to Schedule E. 6. The school year 2011-2012 for Chief Zzeh Gittlit School in Old Crow is established according to Schedule F. 7. The school year 2011-2012 for Del Van Gorder School in Faro is established according to Schedule G. 8. The school year 2011-2012 for Eliza Van Bibber School in Pelly Crossing is established according to Schedule H. 9. The school year 2011-2012 for J.V. 18. Ministerial Order 2010/12 establishing the schoolcalendars for the 2010-2011 school year is revoked.
19. This Order comes into effect on August 16, 2011.
