The Town of Edmeston Town Board held a Regular Meeting on April 11,2017, 7PM at the Edmeston Municipal Building. The following Town Office members were present:

Supervisor Russell Dutcher opened the meeting at 7:00 PM.

APPROVALS OF MINUTES - The minutes of the March 14,2017 meeting were review by the board. ~ A MOTION BY: Councilman - Fred Tilbe, SECONDED BY: Councilman - Jerem y Hoag to accept the minutes as presented. MOTION CARRIED: Supervisor: Russell Dutcher - Aye

GUEST - Danny Lapin - OCCA - Danny has been working with our planning board. He spoke to broad regarding possibility of a Solar Energy Resolution. Gave board a proposed resolution for their review. This would help with any questions from possible developers that we have started investigating. The board will review this and discuss at next month's meeting.

SECONDED BY: Councilman - Jeremey Hoag, was made to award everything except the Sand, to Seward Sand & Gravel, and the Sand Bid to Burrell's Excavating, also Item #4 will be hauled from the closest gravel bed to the job. SUPERVISOR DUTCHER - received notice of interest from Scott Porter to be appointed to Planning Board. A MOTION BY: Supervisor - Russell Dutcher, SECONDED BY: Councilman - Jeremy Hoag to appoint Scott Porter to the Planning Board.

SUPERVISOR DUTCHER - Reviewed town audit results and discussed with board. Suggested changes have been started. We need to set-up an audit for Supervisor books to be done either monthly or yearly. It was decided to do audit annually.

HIGHWAY - Danny Hawes

- Gave monthly usage report. - Will stock road material at Burlington Town Bam this summer, will save

money and time hauling since roads are on that end. - Will be doing culvert by Waite's as soon as road as soon as games at school

done, so not in use. - Will run odds and ends on Auction International and put a reserve on the

items.

WATER DISTRICT - lth quarter bills are out.

ZONING BOARD REP-ORT - Jamison Hoyt - None

PLANNING BOARD REPORT - Sylvia Chesebrough - Continuing forward on zoning laws.

ZONING OFFICE REPORT - Clarence Davis - None

- Monthly report - Shared monthly report and property tax report with board for their review,

SUPERVISOR DUTCHER - We received a call from gentleman in Morris. Advised us that a stone from one of our truck hit his car windshield and broke it. We confirmed that was our truck and he is looking for the $250. 00 for repairs.

ENCON - Attorney has been in contact with them and suggest that we settle this for revised amount and end it. SAUNDERS - We will put the repairs on their water bill. If no payment received, then it would go to county and be added to their taxes.

REPORTS:

COUNCILMAN TILBE - Fred brought up that need to do some work on the windows of the building. Need to be cleaned, caulked and painted inside and out. Suggested using our maintenance person to do this. Clerk will contact maintenance Person and Rusty will go over list with him.

AUDIT OF CLAIMS: A warrant of$21,986 .81 for claims of vouchers against the General/Highway and Water District funds were presented as Abstract #4-2017
