Change ManagementRecognising that change management is a key component of any project, this is no different in the case of the CUSTOMERTPMO. Our Change Management approach is centred around the current situation at CUSTOMER whilst working towardsthe to-be CUSTOMER, rather than a pure methodological approach. Our imperative in this area as a partner to the TPMOand the greater CUSTOMER organization is to ensure that the change management approach is based on the client andproject issues.

We recognise that people are at the heart of successful transformation and as such, our methodology offers an integratedapproach to planning, developing and deploying solutions. Change Management should be driven, entrenched, andtransitioned into the organisation primarily by the TPMO. In partnership with the TPMO leadership team, i.e. ProjectSponsor/s, General Managers, Executives, and other key stakeholders, we own change leadership and the activities therein.In so doing we believe that our approach will assist in developing change capability and skills within TPMO to support theorganisation in the future particularly in the areas of stakeholder engagement and communication.
