(TE108) What do you learn about life in the urban and rural New Englandfrom the chart?

    H. CLOSURE: Share as a whole the Review/Assess on page 109

    I. .Assessment: What will you use to measure student understanding?

I would assess students by their participation in the Review/Assess.

Explain how you will know students understand the concepts from the lesson

I would have the students make a lesson web like the one on 109 to share. I would also

have them complete all Lesson Review Questions.

    J. Reflection:1. Which part of the lesson do you think will be the easiest for you to teach?

Sharing a little background of New England.

    2. Which part will be most challenging for you to teach? The most challenging will be finding new ways to assess the student achievement.

    3. How will you follow up or extend this lesson?Have the students write a short essay on a famous New Englander. TE110-11

    4. What will you do for students who dont grasp the concepts? For the students who are having trouble we would read some easier books together at

    the back table.

    5. Which part of the lesson, if any, do you think might need to change? If there was something I would change I would have the students brainstorms in their

groups more economic concepts of New England.

    6. When you were writing this lesson plan, what was the most difficult part?Writing the plan to this one was easy. However, it will be interesting to see how it goes

    in class.
