1. Explain which field trip you think you will actually try to use.

I think I could actually use the virtual field trips because they don’t require as much planning as the

traditional or visitation trips. In a perfect world I would like to use all of these trips because they allseem very useful to me and I think the students would get a lot out of all of them. In a school year I

think it would be possible to do all 4 trips per grade level and I would strive to make sure thathappens.

2. What challenges did you run into during this assignment?

For the traditional field trip, it was a little bit difficult to choose a place and be reasonable with timeand costs. It was also hard to choose which trips would be most engaging for students of each

grade level and what places they would get the most out of going to. Another challenge I foundwas finding a virtual field trip for the lower grade levels as I would only come across these for older students. Most of them seemed like they would be harder to navigate for younger students and

would require a lot of teacher assistance. I did spend a lot of time searching for more kid friendlyvirtual field trips for the younger students and found two that I did like after a while.
