What Is the Personnel Law Conference for School Administrators?
The Personnel Law Conference for School Administrators is a one-day conference held the day before TASPA’s Winter Conference. This annual event provides essential knowledge of legal developments and current issues confronting school districts in their role as employers. It is a must for HR teams and other administrators that deal with HR issues.

FEATURED SPEAKER, JIM WALSHIn his career of over 40 years, Jim founded Walsh Gallegos Treviño Russo & Kyle P.C., a firm focused on serving public schools; taught school law at Texas State, Baylor & St. Edwards Universities; authored numerous books including The Educator’s Guide to Texas School Law, The Common Sense Guide to Special Education Law, and the “Law Dawg” column in the Texas School Administrators’ Legal Digest. He currently produces a daily digital blog, The Law Dawg’s Ed Daily.
