ECONOMIZER
ECONOMIZER is a chemical device which reduces important voltage and current harmonics in low/medium tension, improves power quality and reduces energy consumption (KWh).
HOW DOES IT WORK
Once the Economizers are installed, they are directly affected by the electrical flow in the cables (stimulating transitional metals in the device) to produce molecular excitation and creates a magnetic field.

Having a clear understanding of the energy usage and energy factor along with a reliable data base of the monthly Kilowatt usage
Demonstrate Harmonic Distortion greater than 8% (THD) in amperage reading
Appoint project coordinator to sign confidentiality agreement in managing of information
Identifying quantities and dimensions of the cables in network system
Economizers have been tested on American standard insulation cables only
Able to pay 50% of total project at time of submitting order and 50% after installation
Power Quality and Power Consumption Analysis
We recommend a 24 hour Power & Energy and Harmonic analysis before installation to review data. For more detailed analysis, a 7 day period is recommended
A 30 or 60 day after install analysis is taken to compare with pre-install data focusing on Harmonic and KWh levels
We recommend Power Quality Analyzer Fluke 434/435.
Comparing the pre to post install data will demonstrate reduction of KWh and Harmonics if conditions remain the same (a. hourly workforce and production levels; b. no additional equipment or machines are added)
Monthly electric bills can be used to compare KWh and cost savings
In order to reduce weather variability we incorporate Degree Days (www.degreedays.net) in final data comparison
It is imperative to keep all factors the same during the analysis in order to produce accurate results

The ECONOMIZER goes through a cycle to chemically energize itself. We therefore, guarantee a 100% reimbursement on your investment (less installation fee) if you do not receive a 10% reduction on your kilowatt consumption using environmental impact (degree days) within 120 days.
