APS ECONOMICS AND PERSONAL FINANCE:

THE POWER TO CHOOSE Course Description: This course of study for

students in grades 10-12 explores the general scope of economics and personal finance. Students explore the American enterprise system including such concepts as supply and demand, labor and industry, government fiscal policies, finance and investment, the role of the consumer, global trade and budgeting. Students learn about the impact of people’s choices on American and global economies.
