commercial and industrial businesses, Clovis Unified School District, financial institutes, Community Hospital, Building Industry Association, and real estate brokers.

• 15 meetings over 10 months each two hours in length.– 11 educational meeting – included presentations on the following
subjects:
• City development services, marketing, job generation, financing, workforce development, commercial and industrial real estate perspectives, development fees, Regional Jobs Initiative, tourism and redevelopment (agenda in Strategy)
– 4 task oriented meetings – SWOT Analysis, Strategy formation with development of goals and objectives.

• Develop and implement policies, programs, and activities that will stimulate business start-up, facilitate the expansion of existing businesses, and encourage the location of new businesses in order to create new jobs, expand Clovis’ economic base and enhance the quality of life for the citizens of Clovis.
