The height of the chute is varies according to individual building design. Weprovide chutes, from as small as 1 meter up to 165-170 meters, or according

to requirements of client.

Ecol waste chute hoppers are factory fabricated with steel constructionSS 430, SS 202 or SS 304 sheets. It is designed to banish loose or bagged

waste and garbage directly into a chute. Hopper doors pivoted at bottomfor top opening. The door and equipped well for auto closing function.

Our sanitation system is exclusively premeditated to clean the entire verticallength of the inner surface of chutes. The system prefabricated as an

important element which is all set for instant installation on site.It is installed at roof level.

The sanitation system will clean the whole chute by switching in just one button,electric motorized valve will let the water to flow the over head tank.

Water will be sprayed from flushing spray in each floor, system will alsospray Disinfectants to whole chute. It also helps to one of the problem

associated with the use of chute’s strong odors. This process will help tokeep chute clean and hygienic. The system can be used manually also,this process is done from Control Panel Unit installed at the ground level

near to garbage discharge point. System can be programed automaticallyalso which will set to start and stop itself to clean the chute. The time can be

changed manually from Control Panel Unit easily.

State of art designed to separate more than one type of garbage from onesingle chute only. This system works to divide DRY and WET garbage to

its particular trolleys. More than two type of separations also possible for medicalwaste. It saves the cost of two different chutes and act as so multiple work

in single chute only.

This unit is connected to control panel from where it gets command to flap.Each door contains DRY and WET buttons, as DRY button is pressed fromone floor the electronic control panel will give command to Severanceunit and hence the unit will set itself to DRY mode and the garbage will

be disposed to DRY trolley. During this procedure all others floors door willremain locked until the process completes. Same procedure

will be repeated for WET garbage .

The entire weight of chute is divided in each floor. We therefore use35 x 35 x 5mm or 40 x 40 x 4mm mild steel angle with a rigid, welded

construction which is directly anchor fastened to slab or beam in each floor.The design of frames varies as according to different site conditions

in each individual buildings.

Installed at the top of the chutes, this respirator maintains a smooth flow of freshair within the whole chute. The stinking air exhausted by fan, which prevents

the escape of any bad odors released from the garbage.

Electromagnetic door locking systems are used to improve the safety ofgarbage disposal chute systems it is appreciably improve and ensure

proper operation of intake doors. This arrangement prevents injury to operatingpersonnel by a falling bag should the chute be used simultaneously at two

different levels in disposal, for instance. This lock also act a leading role whenchute is with severance unit. When one floor is using the chute for DRY mode

the lock will not let open any other door at any floor.

This system is an additional system to add in sanitation unit. The system helpsa circular nylon brush automatically to fall and raise throughout the vertical

height of chute. The nylon brushes scrapes and cleans the inner surfaceof chute as they move down and up the chute.

Odor Control Unit is designed for reducing the odor generated in garbage rooms.As the garbage room is closed this odor needs to be controlled. An odor

control liquid is sprayed in very tiny ways which looks like gas form and it goesover the vent from garbage room to roof level and leaves a pleasant smell

throughout out the chute.
