The brake-bleeding device is equipped with an elastic inner membrane (2), which hermetically separates the oil contained in the oil tank (1), from the air contained in the air “expansion” tank (5) thus avoiding the risk of emulsion. It is also equipped with a third air reserve tank (high pressure air 8-10 bar) (6) which, delivered by means of a pressure regulator (3), enables several bleeding operations to be carried out at a constant pressure without having to recharge the device. The oil tank filler cap is equipped with a “reserve indicator” that signals when the fluid is finishing, and an air venting valve (4) to be used in the device activation phase.

To connect waste oil drainers with emptying kit it is necessary to mount a male quick coupler. Depending on the kind of waste oil drainers (standard, for pit or floor mounted) a different nipple must be used.

The double-action of ECODORA pumps is obtained with solutions that have

simplified the pump mechanism itself, ensuring that delivery of the fluid in

both alternating movements (upstroke and downstroke) of the pump occurs only through the difference in volume between the diameters of the pumping

piston (A) and the pump shaft (B).

On the upstroke, delivery is caused by the pumping piston (A).

On the downstroke it is caused by the difference in volume between the

diameter of the motor shaft (B) and the diameter of the pumping piston (A).
