To : Mr Michael Mattison and Associates “Eco-Miners” Documentary Film/Reality Tv Show Letter of Intent/ Production Estimate Always Moving Pictures, Inc and Producer Steve Garrett will create and document a video record of the entire process of reclamation of the once toxic Superfund site in Oxnard to into a safe, valuable and useful beachfront property. The filming will begin from day one of meetings with the EPA through the cleaning, reclaiming and recycling of waste materials through the completion and repurposing of the property into a thriving hotel and resort community. The Productions goals are two fold. One, to create a video documentary showing what modern technology, good science and innovative efforts can do to repair and reclaim a once toxic wasteland as well as recycling the waste material into much needed resources. A model that can be used in other superfund sites. This could possible be turned into a reality show bring additional revenue and good press to the property owners. Positive Public Relations with Local Communities The second purpose is to generate positive PR materials to share with news organizations, the local community leaders and environmental groups to show the positive work the new property owners are doing in the area. By turning a once toxic eye sore and potential health hazard into a clean, green and safe resort community, bringing valuable jobs, tax revenue and hope to the local community and the environment.

Phase One Will consist of approximately 30-45 days of production including editorial and post. After shooting and editing a long form trailer “Sizzle Reel” production and management will evaluate and decide the future direction of the project. If “Eco-Miners” (working title) becomes a show - compensation and credits will be negotiated at that time in good faith for those involved.Production Cost for “Eco-Miners” Total: $100,000
