internal use only. The Subscription granted hereunder does not include the right to

sub-Subscription & may not be assigned, by operation of law or otherwise, or

transferred without the prior written consent of MTC. You may not loan, rent, or lease

eCourseware. You acknowledge that eCourseware in source code form remains a

confidential trade secret of MTC and/or its suppliers & therefore you agree not to

attempt to decipher, decompile, reverse engineer, create derivative works of, or

develop source code for eCourseware or knowingly allow others to do so. You also agree

not to alter the registration number or create Subscription files which enable

eCourseware, or to knowingly allow others to do so.

The eCNC Courseware is an internet based product. eCNC is a web-based eTraining

program that can be accessed with a username and password. You are informed that

the eCNC course access is time limited and subject to the subscriber.

MINIMUM HARDWARE CONFIGURATION Upgrades to eCourseware may require

that you change your hardware configuration in order to be able to use the upgraded

eCourseware.

SUPPORT AND TRAINING The usage eCourseware does not require on-site

installation, technical support, maintenance or training. MTC staff is available via email

[email protected] to answer questions about the navigation and use of courseware.

Login Procedure:

Step1:

Log on to http://learnosphere-mtab.org

Step 2:

The eCNC login page will look as shown below:

Step 3:

Enter the given Mail ID and password provided and then clicks the „Login button.

Step 4:

Now, you have successfully logged into your eCNC courseware „Home page‟.

Step 5:

Click the „My profile‟ to edit your profile, change password and messaging.

Step 6:

Click on Home to see the list of courses assigned to you. Click the first course „CNC

Milling‟ in your home page. The list of CNC milling modules are displayed as shown below.

Step 7:

Select the topic 1 „Introduction to CNC‟ and a new tab will open in your browser with

the module. Click „Launch course‟ button.

Step 8:

Module 1 „Introduction to CNC‟ opens in new tab as shown. You can access the module

one by one by clicking the available menus and use notes to get the voice over message.

Step 9:

When you log out of the course, the module will note where you have left off. When you

log in and launch the module next time, the system will prompt you to resume where you

left off or reset the module.

Knowledge Checks:

Knowledge checks are built into each module so that the user can assess their

understanding of the course. Users can repeat knowledge check and assess themselves,

as needed.

UPDATES

This Subscription does not grant users any rights, Subscription, or interest in and to

any modifications, enhancements, or updates to the eCourseware. Updates, if available,

may be obtained by you with a renewal of the Subscription & may be limited in scope. A

registration number (username & password) may be required or supplied by MTC and/or

THE DISTRIBUTOR.

SUBSCRIPTION TERM AND CHARGES

The term of this Subscription commences upon delivery of the eCourseware to you OR

upon the access by you of the eCourseware and is limited by time (period of validity is

indicated in the order) and must be renewed periodically for continuity. This

Subscription is personal to you and may not be transferred without the prior written

consent of THE DISTRIBUTOR. You may login from different computers, however

each user login can be active only on one computer at a time. You shall keep THE

DISTRIBUTOR informed of any permanent changes in the location of the eCourseware

user. A Subscription registration number (User name & password) which enables the

eCourseware may be included in this package, and may be time limited, subject to

payment.

USE RESTRICTIONS

The eCourseware and documentation shall be used exclusively by you, and your qualified

employees, students and consultants. An employee or consultant is qualified only if

she/he has executed an agreement or is otherwise bound to abide by the restrictions.

All reproductions are prohibited. You may not modify or make derivative works or

compilations of the eCourseware. Unauthorized copying of this eCourseware, or of the

written materials included with this eCourseware, is expressly forbidden. You may be

held legally liable for any copyright in violations.

TERMINATION

MTC and/or THE DISTRIBUTOR may terminate this Subscription immediately in the

event of breach of the terms of this Subscription which is not cured within fifteen

(15) days of notice to you. Upon termination of this Subscription, you shall immediately

discontinue the use of the eCourseware and shall within ten (10) days return to MTC all

copies of the eCourseware and Documentation. Your obligations to pay accrued charges

and fees shall survive any termination of this Subscription.
