Cantilevered

This system is predominantly used where hygiene is of paramount importance. It makes the under-unit cleaning simple and straightforward. The frame with horizontal “C” and “G” like channel is strong enough to withstand heavy loading which is typical of today’s laboratory. Panel clips allow dismantling the panels for easy maintenance.

This system is designed as an alternative to the C-frame system, which makes under bench cleaning hassle free. This system incorporates flexibility in assembling overhead cabinet to the structure. It can be used together with either suspended or mobile cabinet. The island bench cantilevered system is a free standing structure which is anchored to the floor. It provides the necessary support for cantilevered work surface and storage unit.

ACRYLIC SINK Solid, non-porous and inert, acrylic top is not readily affected by most common chemicals. It will not harbour dirt, absorb moisture or support microbial growth because acrylic top surface is impermeable to liquid and the joints are inconspicuous. It is sensible material for use in areas like operating theatres or blood bank that require strict hygiene standards and clinical cleanliness.

Overhead Service Boom Industrial ceramic sink provide against high temperature and can be easily cleaned without causing unnecessary scratch.

Cast Epoxy Moulded from epoxy resin. There are no laminates to bubble and crack, and no porosity to allow liquid penetration. It is highly resistant to reaction with acids or other laboratory chemicals. It is also highly heat resistant, preventing cracking and blistering under extreme temperature conditions. The hardness is comparable to stone, but without stones inherent inconsistency and porosity.

Polypropylene Polypropylene sink is highly resistant to chemical attack and rigid over a wide range of temperature.

The Echoswift supplies fume hood for all applications and conditions. Ease of use, maintenance and installation. The ECHO Fume Hood is designed to give a very high degree of protection and safety environment to users from harmful, toxic or hazardous. Ergonomic features, like taller sight lines, a crush-resistant sill airfoil, and a wire chase that keeps cords out of your way. Safety features that are far above the industry standard – including higher-rated safety glass, thicker liner board, and consistent airflow delivery for the life of the hood. ECHO Fume hood are designed to comply with Section 66 of the OSHA 1994 (Act 514) under USECHH 2000 Regulation.

1. Volume Air Damper Exhaust outlet with air damper (optional). 2. Main Body Baked epoxy coated electro-galvanised (EG) steel optional F.R.P. (Fibre Reinforced Polyester). 3. Lighting 2 x 20 watts fluorescent light. The white light provides a nature and conducive working environment. 4. Rear Baffle Baffle helps to even out the fume suction within the inner chamber and also assist in the disposal of heavy fumes. 5. Inner Chamber The inner chamber is moulded in one piece with an unbroken gelcoat, without seams or joints. The corners are reduced to prevent accumulation of dirt, and to facilitate decontamination. 6. Water / Gas Outlet One way cold water / LPG gas outlet (wall mounted type). 7. Drip Cup Circular drip cup with anti siphon bottle trap. 8. Water / Gas Tap Remote control for cold water and LPG gas outlet. 9. Louvered Bypass Louvers provide an additional source of exhaust air when the sash is lowered, helping to maintain consistent face velocities. 10. Safety Monitor (Recommended) The optional electronic safety monitor activates an alarm if face velocity reaches a predetermined set point. 11. Switch Point On/off button for fume hood with LED indicator and switch for fume hood lamp. 12. Sash The sash is made from 6mm thick toughened glass. The sash counterbalanced with weight linked by stainless steel cable running over nylon pulleys. The sash fits snugly into the sash guide within the side channels to provide for smooth and easy operation. 13. 13 amp Power Socket 14. Work Surface Moulded from black or grey modified epoxy polyester resin with fiberglass reinforce plastic. It has an anti-spill edge all round to curb any accidental spillage. 15.
