    1 PURPOSE OF THIS REPORT

    Two Radio Amateur E2amination le3els ha3e 4een descri4ed 45 CEPT Recommendation T6R /178 and the ERC Report 9(HAREC and +O,CE). This report descri4es a third le3el: the E+TR%7C&A!!: an e2amination s5lla4us and itsadministration. Administrations are not re;uired to implement all of the le3els. $epending on national circumstancesadministrations ma5 decide to ma
