Welcome to the new ECB Portal

In 2001 ECB released e-BOOK, a revolutionary new e-commerce platform. All ECB frontal protection products were laid out in an easily searchable format per make, model, and year showing results that included all vehicle variants. It established an electronic way to see product fitted on vehicles, check stock ability, create purchase orders, and review installation instructions. East Coast Bullbars has been working over the past several years to create an updated platform that puts all vehicle and ECB product information, ordering, and subtrade maintenance at your fingertips. We have continued to use our 3 click search to make finding ECB products fast and easy. New features include an easily readable products page, banner notifications to inform you of important issues such as high-profile launches or delays in manufacturing or shipping, as well as the ability to place multiple product orders per PO, and easily manage your subtrades. This guide has been established to show you the easy method of transferring from the ECB e-BOOK to the new ECB Portal ordering and information system, how to navigate our catalogue of frontal protection products, how to easily place an order, and how to set up a subtrade. Searching a vehicle is easy as 3 clicks…and you’re there! 1. Select the Make.2. Select the model.3. Then variant with date range.

Then Click on ‘view product’You can search all product per manufacturer by selecting the make and ‘search’. They will be sorted by release date with newest product on top. Vehicle search window will remain in the header no matter what page you’ve navigated to.

pricing and availability: To see pricing and stock availability choose a finish from the drop-down menu and the page will automatically re-load with information.

Once you’re signed in you will be able to see model number and pricing information. Your price is hidden and only shown after clicking ‘click here to reveal’ to keep this information from customers that may be looking at the page with you. End users will not be able to see part numbers or pricing when searching to keep the specific fitment in the control of those accountable for any mistakes from ordering the wrong product.

Sometimes it’s quicker to search by part numbers for our most popular frontal protection products. If you know the number, enter it into the box in the header as this will always remain on the top of the page no matter which page you’ve navigated to. This feature available only when signed in.

You can either type in the quantity you require, or arrow up or down to find availability.

Any important messages will be highlighted at the top of the page.Any product that can’t be cancelled or changed once the order is submitted will be highlighted at the top of the page with a banner.

2 Account profile: Located on the top bar. When signing in for the first time please take a moment to verify your information in the profile section. If there are any changes, please contact your Sales Account Manager.

2.1 Account Statements: A past 30-day history of purchases before you’re invoiced.

2.2 order history: See what you’ve ordered and check the status of that order. This can be accessed by a link on your dashboard that will access all orders requiring your attention, as well as your order history, or through a tab in your ‘My Account’ section.

2.3 Uploading your logo: We can upload your store logo to your Dashboard. All sub-trades will see it when placing orders under your account. Please send JPG or PNG no larger than 300 X 300 to marketing@ecb.com.au

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER3

3 Placing an order is as easy as any on-line store. 3.1 Choose the selected product finish and the page will automatically load with the RRP pricing (your pricing will show when you click to reveal) click “add to cart’.

4 use checkout: Click the ‘checkout’ icon and it will take you to the checkout page. 4.1 From here you can:• Verify shipping address • Add your order / PO number • Add special instructions • Select shipping company • If the product is a Group C product that can’t be returned you will have to click that you understand• Click to accept T’S & C’s• Click confirm order

5. What a confirmation looks like: Once the order is successfully created it will show you all your orders along with any pending orders requiring your assistance.

6. how to check an order: Pending orders & orders for your review.

There are 2 ways to review your order history from the last 30 days:a. From the window in your dashboard b. The tab in your dashboard

• Clicking on the ECB icon in the upper-left-hand side of the header will always return to the dashboard.

• Who to talk to – If you experience a problem with the ECB portal, or just lost, please call your Sales Account Manager. They are trained to walk you through the process and help you with any need your business has.

• How to report a bug – If you come across anything as simple as a page not opening (404 error), a picture not showing, or any other glitch please create a screenshot, copy the URL, and send to marketing@ecb.com.au. Please add your contact information so we can talk to you if we’re unable to replicate the problem.

SET UP A SUB-TRADE7

7. Fill out the form with all required fields.

7.1 approval process: New Sub-trades can be added and actively buying immediately. Any new accounts may require authorisation. We recommend the setting to ‘approval required’ You can assign the discount structure.

7.2 Once an item is purchased they will receive a notice the order is pending approval.

Setting up sub-trades gives you the power to expand your business. Most businesses are expanding, and ECB gives you the power to establish your own local selling network…

All sub-trades requiring approval will have to be approved by the parent company. This will automatically send an e-mail and notice to approve on the parent company’s dashboard.

7.3 Once a subtrade places an order they will be notified

7.4 You can approve the order, decline the order, or edit the order.

7.5 Editing the order allows you to change an address, shipping method, or add comments. You can choose to allow the subtrade to automatically order, or to require your approval. You can approve or decline subtrade orders.
