Backplates

2 backplates completed. Survey on 1st.

Flatness 0.4mm across 3.4m. Within request of 0.5mm.

Laser survey of 300 holes including all dowel holes for positional spacers.

Holes to within 50m to neighbour, within specification.

Absolute placement of holes to within 0.5mm across 3.4m

Ring flanges

2 completed.

Load tested to 12.75t versus 8t expected in CMS.

Deflection of 0.4mm at 12.75t, in agreement with FEA.

Holes to within 250-500 m. Within request.

All standard positional spacers completed for one Endcap.

All surveyed/CMM reported - all passed.

All dimensions to within 10-20m, all within request of 50 m.

Degrease/clean BP+RF+cooling circuit. Fit together.
