C - navigation, in management and engineer mode

< - navigation, in management and engineer mode

2.2 Operation

2.2.1 Switch-on

At switch-on, the instrument performs a self-test during which all the relevant segments of both displays are lit. The instrument attempts to set zero provided that it is within a range of 20% of its capacity.

2.2.2 Zero-tracking

Zero-tracking operates provided that the instrument is within a range of 4% of its capacity.

2.2.3 Semi-automatic zero setting

Semi-automatic zero setting is operated by using the 0 key within a range of 4% of maximum capacity.

2.2.4 Over and under range

Any loads greater than nine divisions above maximum capacity will display an error code shown as a line of six dashes across the top of the display. Loads below zero, will display an error code shown as a line of six dashes across the bottom of the display.
