Report of Indiatourism Hyderabad forEk Bharat Shreshtha Bharat for the month of May 2021

1) On 19th May, 2021, Indiatourism Hyderabad, in association with IHM Gurdaspur andIndian Culinary Institute, Tirupati organised a webinar on the pairings of Andhra Pradeshand Punjab under Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat. The theme of the webinar was thecuisines of Punjab and Andhra Pradesh. Chef Saurav of IHM Gurdaspur and ChefRajashekhar of ICI Tirupati made beautiful presentations on the subjects and sharedknowledge of each cuisine with the participants. There was an enthralling exchange ofhistory, heritage, culture, tourism and food in the webinar. The unity in Diversity idea ofEk Bharat Shreshtha Bharat came though as both the states united on the platform ofidea sharing about cuisine.
