1. ABOUT EAZIWIN ON-LINE GAMES

1.1. EAZiWIN On-Line games is a category of “instant” games that comprise of games where the winning

or losing outcome is determined “instantly” upon purchasing an entry and playing a selected game.

1.2. EAZiWIN On-Line games have a number of different prize levels, jackpot amounts and price points

as stated for each individual game in the game’s unique prize tables.

1.3. EAZiWIN On-Line games are made available for play on the National Lottery’s website

(nationallottery.co.za) and Mobile App (for Android and iOS).

2. STATUS OF THESE RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR ON-LINE PLAY OF EAZiWIN GAMES

These Rules and Regulations are for the EAZiWIN On-Line games category when played On-Line on the

National Lottery website (nationallottery.co.za) and Mobile App, which constitute the contractual rights

and obligations of ITHUBA to players, as may be amended from time to time.

These rules must be read together with the National Lottery Games General Terms and Conditions, which

can be found on the National Lottery website (nationallottery.co.za) and Mobile App.

In the event of a discrepancy or inconsistency between these rules and the conditions and/or

explanations being advised during a purchase, these rules shall take precedence.

EAZiWIN PROCEDURES AND DESCRIPTIONS

3. PLAYING EAZiWIN ON-LINE GAMES

3.1. Players must be 18 years or older to play or win any of the National Lottery games.

3.2. A player may enter an EAZiWIN On-Line game by:

3.2.1. Registering on the National Lottery website (nationallottery.co.za) or Mobile App.

3.2.2. Loading funds into their On-Line player account wallet

3.2.3. Selecting any of the games from our EAZiWIN On-Line portfolio to play.

3.2.4. Press the Play/Start button to commence the game.

3.2.5. Press Auto-play/Reveal All or manually reveal the combinations within each game.

3.3. Players are required to match a set of numbers or symbols in the required quantity or format in

order to win. Play formats may vary for each game in the EAZiWIN On-Line portfolio.

3.4. If there is insufficient funds in the players account, or no deduction is made from the players

account, there is deemed to be no valid entry into the game.

3.5. When players win a prize (less than R50,000), the prize money will be credited into the player’s On-

Line account wallet immediately after winning.

3.6. The minimum and maximum price per single entry will be limited to the amounts shown on the prize

table for each game. (The minimum across the EAZiWIN On-Line game portfolio is R3.00 including

VAT)

3.7. The maximum cost per entry will be limited to R2,000.00 per transaction.

3.8. In the event that the player’s game experience is interrupted or unfinished, they will be notified and

given the option to resume the game. If the game has not been completed by the end of the day

(after midnight), the system will auto-finish the game and all winnings due to the player will be

credited into the player’s wallet.

4. CANCELLATION OF AN EAZiWIN ON-LINE ENTRY PURCHASE

4.1. As the winning or losing determination is “instant” upon purchasing an entry, there can be no

cancellation for any of the EAZiWIN On-Line games.

4.2. Players may call the ITHUBA player helpline at 0800 484 822 for any queries.

5. CLOSING OF THE GAME

5.1. ITHUBA may at any time, upon approval from the Board of the National Lotteries Commission,

announce the closing date for an individual EAZiWIN On-Line game. Such announcement shall be

made by way of notices to be displayed on the National Lottery website (nationallottery.co.za) for

the period from the date of the announcement of the closing date of the game up to the closing

date. Games that have been closed will be removed from the National Lottery website

(nationallottery.co.za).

6. EAZiWIN TRANSACTION HISTORY

The history of all transactions made by a player is available in the player’s transaction history.

7. HOW TO PLAY AND HOW TO WIN

Each of the EAZiWIN On-Line games have different prize tables and play styles. How to play and how to

win each game are explained in the following pages.

GLOSSARY The following words and terms, whenever they appear in these Rules, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: Constituent Lottery Any lottery conducted by ITHUBA that forms part of the National Lottery. EAZiWIN ON-LINE GAME(S) A National Lottery game(s) which is played by the player selecting an on-line game, having the entry price deducted from his/her on-line player account wallet. Entry A transaction by which a player’s entry into the EAZiWIN on-line game has been recorded as an entry on player’s transaction history. Game The game of EAZiWIN on-line as detailed in these Rules, which shall include any game, scheme, arrangement, system, plan, promotional competition or device which comprises a Constituent Lottery. ITHUBA ITHUBA Holdings (RF) Proprietary Limited, the third National Lottery Operator licensed under the Lotteries Act No. 57 of 1997, as amended, to operate, conduct and promote the National Lottery and Constituent Lottery Games in the Republic of South Africa. National Lottery The National Lottery games licensed to ITHUBA to operate in South Africa. Player A member of the public (a participant) over the age of 18 who purchases an entry for an EAZiWIN on-line game(s). Prize A prize won by a player in an EAZiWIN on-line game. Prize Structure The number, value and odds of winning prizes for the individual EAZiWIN on-line games(s) as determined by ITHUBA from time to time. On-line Player Account Wallet An on-line player account wallet is a system that securely stores players’ payment information and passwords for payment methods of EAZiWIN on-line games on the National Lottery website.
