4 ways to eating clean 1.Count your meals - we should divide the food into

2.Eat lean protein - All meals should consist of lean food such as chicken, fish, and beans.

3.Eat fruit and veggie - A lot of fruits and vegetables have nutrient and vitamin that the body needs, especially vitamin C.

4.Avoid processed and refined foods - There are many forbidden foods for eating clean such as the white flour, sugar and bread.
