Application temperature from -40 ° C to + 60 ° C. 9. It does not require any maintenance (oiling, painting, etc.). 10. No knots. 11. No bulges or deformations due to excellent water absorption. PROPERTIES 1. Due to the content of natural wood fibres, the colour may change where the boards are exposed to sunlight and moisture, stabilizing in 3 months after the assembly. 2. Cleaning with a soft brush, warm soapy water or generally available cleaning agents. 3. For heavier soiling, use the low pressure washer (the nozzle at a distance of 20-25 cm from the board). 4. When using special agents available on the market for cleaning of composite terrace decking boards, first try the product on one of the boards to make sure that it does not damage the surface, then follow the instruction manual. 5. Do not spray artificial fertilizers or insecticides on boards. 6. Any furniture and / or garden barbecue grill standing on composite terrace decking boards should be removed at the end of the season; otherwise rust stains may appear. 7. Snow should never be removed from a board with a metal shovel or ice scraper or chopper, as this may cause permanent damage to the board. MAINTENANCE AND CARE 1. Store the profiles on stable and even surfaces to avoid deformation. 2. Stored materials should be protected against rain and exposure to sunlight. 3. The changes in WPC shrinkage due to temperature should be taken into account and the dilatation when joining boards should be maintained. 4. There should be no outlets under the terrace; please check if the surface is properly drained. 5. In the case of an impermeable substrate, an appropriate decline should be provided (minimum 1 cm per 2 m) to ensure water drainage. Installation instructions

1.On the prepared surface (concrete screed, concrete blocks), determine the place of drilling holes to fix the joists. The size of the hole: Ø 8x80mm. The recommended distance between the joists for boards 105x20mm is 200mm, while for boards 135x25mm - 350mm. Drill the dowels in the drilled holes.

2-3. Place the joists on the dowels lines. Cut the joists if necessary. Drill the holes in the places of the dowels and screw the joists to the ground. If it is necessary to join the joists, leave a spacing of approx. 3 cm between them.

4-5. If the joist lies next to walls, trees, fences, etc., leave a spacing of about 3cm. Set the first board perpendicularly to the position ofjoists and flush with their edge.

10-11. Fasten the last board to the joist with screws. Mount the finishing strip or corner trim to cover the sides of the board. Use screws.

6-7. Fasten the first board with screws. Before screwing the screws, drill holes with a diameter smaller than the screw. Place the mounting clips in the groove of the first board on each joist. Before attaching the clips, drill holes in the joists. The diameter of the hole should be smaller than the diameter of the screws. Screw the clips a bit, and then place the next board so that the clip is inside the side cut-out of the board and tighten the clips. Repeat this process for the rest of the boards. Pay attention to the selection of appropriate mounting clips, depending on the type of board: clips for the board 135mm (Rona) or clips for the board 105mm (Luca). When tightening the clips, set the correct torque so as not to turn the bolt in the joist.

Assembly of clips for joists. . Remember to press the next boards to the clips. This will allow for equal spacing between the boards.

8-9. If the boards are joined together, it is necessary to use additional joists. The distance between the joists should be approx. 3 cm. When joining the boards, leave a gap between them, which will prevent their deformation (about 1 cm)..

The first joist is incorrectly screwed.

Joists are missing where boards are joined.

No spacing between boards.

A single joist where the boards are joined.

Warranty

Composite decking boards have a five-year warranty covering all production defects (e.g. delamination, cracking). The warranty does not cover defects related to improper assembly, transport and / or improper care, as well as the appearance of minimal colour differences, discoloration as well as shrinkage and expansion of the product during use.

The most frequent mounting errors

No spacing from the wall..
