Ingrédients and Tools• Butter 1 tbsp
• Salt ¼ tsp
• Pepper ¼ tsp
• Oregano ¼ tsp
• Red Pepper Flakes ¼ tsp
• Onion (1 medium chopped)
• Garlic (1 clove minced)
• Chicken 16 oz
• Sambuca liquor ½ cup
• Tomatoes 1 large diced
• 16oz Tomato Sauce
• Heavy Cream ½ cup
• Pasta!
• Tablespoons• Teaspoons• Measuring Cups• Frying Pan• 6 Qt Pot• Spoon• Chef Knife• Cutting Board

Let’s Get Cooking!• Fill pot with water, set on high until boils, add pasta
• Chop onion, garlic, and chicken
• Using the frying pan, on medium heat, melt butter
• Toss in garlic and onion and stir until caramelized
• Add Sambuca Liquor and stir constantly for 2 minutes
• Add chicken, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, oregano, and red pepper flakes
• Bring to a light boil then reduce to a simmer for 5-10 minutes
• Add tomatoes and heavy cream
• Return to light boil
• Mix with pasta and enjoy!
