6-position Kwik-Adjust®

Easy access, easy adjustment. With the patented Kwik-Adjust, the mechanic depresses the clutch pedal andsimply reaches into an access port with a 5/8” box endsocket wrench. To maintain fine adjustment for bearingposition, depress bolt and turn the standard 6-point,5/8” hex head adjuster.

Fine-tuned Dampened Disc Technology

Fuller® Easy-PedalTM 2000 15.5" and Easy-Pedal Plus® 14" Clutches

A

Three Steps in Determining the Proper Clutch:

1. If clutch is 14" and has a 2" spline, use Part #108050-59 (Easy-Pedal Super-DutyCeramic)

2. If 15.5", then measure Center FlywheelBore Opening. (“A” dimension of illustra-tion to the right.) Approximate flywheelsizes: 7", 8.5" or 10"*

3. Determine engine torque at current settings. Verify that clutch torque is equalto or greater than engine torque.

* IMPORTANT: If you have a 10" flywheel bore, DO NOT USEORGANIC FACINGS. The facing I.D. will extend into flywheel boreopening and you will not have full facing contact.NOTE: If the truck was originally equipped with 6 or 7-Spring Soft-Rate dampers, DO NOT substitute 8 or 10-Spring dampers.(Vibration and component damage may occur!)Y= Roller yoke (97-509-10-1X) included with clutch.For a complete listing of clutch part numbers,please reference the Factory Direct Catalog.

Note: 97-509-10-1X Roller Yoke is required to be usedwith Solo XL Clutch assemblies.
