3in1 LED Modules
There are many LED modules and LED Light Engines (LLE) available
on the market, usually comprised of LED light sources, engines, and
drivers. In most cases, further components must be added to assure
their correct functionality. The first of those is a heatsink. As LED light
sources and modules with high lumen outputs are sensitive to thermal
conditions, heatsinks are an intrinsic part of the development process
for most luminaires. However, what really differentiates a luminaire is
its ability to provide a desired LIDC. With standard LED modules and
engines, the optical aspects of the luminaire design must be solved
through the addition of reflectors, refractors, or lenses.
Herein lies the key to what makes iLumTech 3in1 LED modules unique:
they are ready to use without the need for further development.
Our 3in1 LED modules combine high-performance LED light sources
with carefree thermal management and an original optical system,
making them an ideal choice for both luminaire manufacturers and
those wishing to create a bespoke lighting solution.
BUILT-IN OPTICSAll of our 3in1 LED modules include their own optical system. Each module is available with a range of light distribution curves so that there is always one to meet your specific needs.
PERFECT FOR BESPOKE LIGHTING SOLUTIONSAre you a lighting designer who wants to do something different? Our 3in1 LED modules can be installed in a wide variety of ways, allowing you to create truly bespoke solutions that do not depend on specific luminaires.
REDUCE DEVELOPMENT TIME & COSTSBecause our 3in1 LED modules combine everything needed to make your luminaire or solution work, you don't need to develop anything, unless you want to design your own luminaire housing.
CAREFREE THERMAL MANAGEMENTOur 3in1 LED modules include everything needed for excellent thermal management. As LED performance, reliability, and lifetime depend on good thermal management, we spare no effort in designing the very best heatsinks.
IDEAL FOR MANUFACTURERSDo you want a simple and cost-effective route to create your own luminaires without investment in full product development? Our 3in1 LED modules are incredibly easy to implement in any luminaire you wish to make.
READY TO USEiLumTech 3in1 LED modules are ready to use without further development as they include everything you need in one easy-to-implement unit: LED light sources, thermal management, and optics.
HIGH-PERFORMANCE LEDsWe use high-quality, high-performance LEDs in our 3in1 modules with both lower lumen outputs suitable for interior lighting as well as higher lumen outputs for industrial and exterior applications.

MECHANICAL DESIGNThe mechanical design of INFINITAS is tailored to the idea of easy installation. Whether mounting into a luminaire, a shelf, or directly into a ceiling, all you need to do is attach the module using two M4 screws.
INSTALLATION FRAMETo achieve a smooth opening, we recommend laser cutting or the use of an additional frame placed within the opening to ensure a good finish.

Optical design
The INFINITAS optical system consists of a 2D- and 3D-geometric structured diffuser that modifies the light distribution of the light source, and a reflector that directs the light in the specified shape. The combination of these two optical parts enables INFINITAS to provide an LIDC and glare rating suitable for use in offices in accordance with associated standards. In fact, UGR <16 and an average illuminance of the light emitting surface of Lavg < 1500 cd/m2
is possible in situ.
Manufacturers and lighting designers can choose between and combine different types and numbers of INFINITAS units in order to achieve a desired LIDC, which can be further refined by setting of the drive current for each unit.

tc POINTThe tc point is the location on the PCB where the hottest LED in found. This can be ascertained using a thermal imaging camera. Mount a type K thermocouple on the closest point to the thermal pad – cathode. Make sure that the thermocouple is fixed in direct contact with the tc point. The maximum permissible temperature at the tc point must be checked under worst-case operational conditions and in a thermally stable state.
tp POINTThe tp point refers the temperature at the tc point related to the performance of the LED. It is located on the top side of the PCB.

Altum
ALTUM IP67 is a 3in1 LED module designed for use in high-
bay luminaires. It is available with a wide range of light
distributions and offers high efficacies, low glare, and highly
effective thermal management. The module is easy to design
into your own luminaires and so supports short development
cycles and rapid launching of new high-bay products.
LEDS• CCTs of 3000 K, 4000 K, and 5000 K• CRI 70 or 80
OPTICS• PMMA lens array with an LOR of 94 %• 5 different LIDC options to suit a range of illumination, installation,
and mounting height needs – spot, medium, wide, ultra wide, and asymmetric
THERMAL MANAGEMENT• Anodised extruded aluminium heat sink
EFFICACY• Up to 166 lm/W (excluding driver)
APPLICATION• ALTUM's lighting parameters and high IP65 rating make it ideal for use
in high-bay industrial applications and stadiums• Can be installed within luminaires or used alone

distributions and offers high efficacies, low glare, and highly
effective thermal management. The module is easy to design
into your own luminaires and so supports short development
cycles and rapid launching of new street lighting products.
LEDS• CCTs of 3000 K, 4000 K, and 5000 K• CRI 70 or 80
OPTICS• PMMA lens array with an LOR of 94 %• 6 different LIDC options to suit a range of illumination, installation, and
mounting height needs – 5 x asymmetric variants and one symmetric
THERMAL MANAGEMENT• Anodised extruded aluminium heat sink
EFFICACY• Up to 166 lm/W (excluding driver)
APPLICATION• ALTUM's lighting parameters and high IP65 rating make it ideal for use
in street luminaire and industrial applications• Can be installed within luminaires or used alone
