Terms and Conditions

Bookings

The cut off date for bookings is the 7th of December.

Accounts are required to be paid up-to-date prior to securing

bookings for vacation care.

A $15.00 deposit is required for each day of care booked when

submitting the booking form.

*Families from external schools are required to pay fees in full prior to attending care.

East Marden families receive priority for vacancies.

Cancellations

Cancellations for bookings can be made with 24 hours notice

Excursion days may incur a full fee charge if position can not be

filled by children on the waiting list; Absences without notifying the

service will also incur a full fee.

$50 full fee for each day of care ( incursions & excursions )

PARENT INFORMATION

Clothing

Children must wear sun smart clothing when in attendance.

Closed toe shoes must be worn at all times during care.

Behaviour Management

Children who persistently engage in uncooperative behaviour and/

or puts other children ’ s safety and well-being at risk may be

suspended from care.

Food

Breakfast and Afternoon Tea is provided everyday

All foods served are nut free and vegetarian, supporting the

Australian Dietary Guidelines.

Medication

A medication authority document is required from a doctor in order

for OSHC staff to administer medication.

All medication must be clearly labelled with the child ’ s name.

Lakes Campus for an all

new exciting program

launched by UNISA which

include archery, bubble

soccer, and some

intense physical

activity.

Imagination Kidz for a 3

slippery slides, trampolines

and mini soccer.

for 2 hours of fun at King

Pin Norwood. Children will

get to practice their accuracy

and precision in a game of

bowling and laser skirmish.

Spending money is allowed

Centre for some water fun.

Remember to pack a towel,

age will be visiting the

Walkerville YMCA for some

high energy gymnastics fun!

Facilities include a range of

trampolines, climbing walls,

balance beams and foam pits

as well as full access to the

futsal / basketball courts!

time for some dig, set, and

spike action! Today we will

have volleyball coaches teach

us basic skills and rules in the

game of volleyball for the first

hour, followed by an hour of

an organised volleyball

tournament. Please ensure

brain bending session of

Science experiences. The

theme of this season’s pop

up science show is

Astronomy and everything

about Space.

Magic and balloons are

coming to East Marden

today. Prepare to have your

minds blown with illusions

and magic performed by

magician Simon Skinner.

After the magic show,

children will learn to bend,

twist and shape their

favourite balloon designs to

impress friends and family at

their next party!

action. Children will travel

back in time to revisit disco

music in the 70s! Games

and challenges will test our

skaters concentration and

coordination as they glide

through the skating rink.

ARC for some fun games

and challenges in the pool.

play centre. Children will

heading down to Semaphore.

The children will be visiting

the theme park where they

will be able to ride the water

slide, test their skills on the

green in a game of mini golf

and enjoy many of the other

attractions offered.

c o n n e c t i o n t h r o u g h

relaxation experiences.

Methods that help us stay

calm include meditation,

yoga, stretching, breathing

techniques, reading, and

power nap just to name a

With Australia Day coming

up, East Marden OSHC

will be hosting it’s own day

of cultural recognition,

celebrating the coming

together of nations and

people. We all come from

different cultures, heritages

and backgrounds and today
