2019 Grand Marshall Lillii ArmstrongBronze Metal Winner in world competition

Lillii Armstrong is sixteen years old and a junior at East Jordan High School. She has been power-lifting for three years, however, she has loved lifting since she was little. She works out every day for a couple hours so she can keep improving her lifts. Lillii says that lifting is a huge and important part of her life and she has been very appreciative of everyone who has helped her get to where she is now.

Lillii has won 20 medals in her three year career as a pow-er-lifter and has won two state and one national championship. She, also, was selected to represent the USA in the world cham-pionship competition in Tokyo, Japan in May of this year, where she earned a bronze metal! Lillii’s dedication to her sport and achievements are an inspi-ration to others.
