Dear Wolfgang, Thank you for this information. I am certain that the Dutch citizens would far rather have their debts to De Nederlandsche Bank cancelled and idem ditto for the rest of the world's citizens, who were counting on the compounded interest on those bonds that actually belongs to them as the ultimate beneficiaries in the Global Debt Facility. We will see how the Banking Cartel answers their demands. The Dutch government may also be interested in a friendly discussion stateside. The chances are 90-95% that US citizens demand for the Act of 1871 to be rescinded via a Constitutional Convention under Article V. US citizens do not agree that their tax revenues should go 40% to the City of London and 60% to the Vatican. As much as I am flattered by the idea to come out of the closet, I have to be careful not to go overboard with stating things that I know are absolutely correct but are absolutely not acceptable by a wider German public. In many parts of the world, many people are happy to believe in things of the world. They are high on the list of happy people. The German people are not so much believers in things of the world, they believe that they are achievers as long as they are young. Bermuda will open the Mint to free and unlimited coinage of gold. Gold mines deliver their unrefined output the the Mint and get paid in gold bills maturing in 91 days in gold sovereigns. In the meantime the mines can use the gold bills to pay their suppliers, say suppliers of energy. Those suppliers, in turn, can pay their own suppliers, and an increasing part of world trade in food, fuel and fodder will be financed in gold bills and gold coins. In addition there will be (hopefully) a Bermuda Gold Reinsurance company bidding for these gold bills and gold coins and help refinance the capital of other insurance companies on a gold basis. Presently these insurance companies have virtually no gold component of capital and are extremely vulnerable in case the petrodollar market goes to pots, which is the goal of the Russians and the Chinese. The Bermuda initiative would frustrate them.

California could do the same. The market for property and causality insurance in the state is very vulnerable. Insurance companies should be recapitalized on a gold basis. Gold should be coaxed out of hiding against gold-denominated shares of a hypothetical California Gold Reinsurance co. Also, a Desalination Corporation should be established in Southern California capitalized with dishoarded gold. It should produce freshwater from salt water using the energy of the Sun and sell the freshwater against payment in gold coin or in gold bills. Why should water be a free good in such an emergency, threatening the economy of that prosperous state? If water was available only against gold payment, that surely would coax gold out of hiding!

Another idea is a treaty between the State of California and the Province of British Columbia for a joint project of constructing a pipeline delivering water from North to South. This project should be financed entirely on a gold basis, gold-denominated shares paying dividend in gold coin should be offered to the public. I predict that the Chinese and the Russians would be eager buyers of those gold shares and would stop their stupid scheme of gold hoarding.

No way it has ANYTHING to do with the SUPREME COURT. The Bankruptcy Court is an adjunct court created by Congress. The Supreme Court was created by the Constitution! Dear Karen, Having read this, I must have a real reason why I should not join you in Tokyo on May 17. I am working on something very big. After decades of denial, we have reason to believe that the US Treasury (in connection with WB, IMF, and UN) is now willing to tackle the issue of old Federal Reserve boxes* and pay for it. We started in the assumption that 2% of face value would be paid, that would be $60B per box in an environment where the biggest banks in the world are not allowed to hold accounts of more than $10B in cash. We have delivered detailed lists for 80 such boxes so far. We are willing to let go against a viable payment scheme which would include a few central banks around the world.. I am the arranger between holder/seller party and the party that has the right to sell to US Treasury and I am looking at huge amounts of money coming my way. You will understand that I cannot go away from this for a while. We hope this will be over before the end of May 2014.
