CURING

The concrete which is moist cured

continuously four times a day which

starts with Footings, Columns, Plinth

beams, Sump tank, Walls and

Masonry works, Lintel, Loftier and

Chejjas, Staircase, RCC roof slabs,

Internal and external plastering work

and remaining constructed areas.

Water curing must be done to slab

by building dams with cement

mortar all around the roof and

flooding the water continuously

without drained for 15 days.

WOOD WORK

Doors & Windows

Main Door

Providing & fixing for main door as per the

approved drawings, specifications & directions.

The frame thickness of (6x4”) to be fixed in the

wall with MS hold fast packed in concrete. (The

necessary hardware such as Hinges, Handles,

Bolts, Doorstop to be valued at Rs 4000/-) The

cost also includes sealer & 3 coats of hand

polish with necessary surface preparations.

Pooja Door

Providing & fixing teakwood paneled door for

pooja room as per the approved drawings,

specifications & directions. The frame thickness

of (5x3”) to be fixed in the wall with MS hold

fast packed in concrete. (The necessary

hardware such as Hinges, Handles, Bolts,

Doorstop to be valued at Rs 2000/-) The cost

also includes sealer & 3 coats of hand polish

with necessary surface preparations.

Internal Doors

Providing & fixing 32mm thickness flush doors

with Honna frame of thickness (5x3”) for

internal rooms & toilet doors as per the approved

drawings, specifications & directions. The doors

and frames to be finished with enamel paint on

both sides. (The necessary hardware such as

internal bolts, hinges, doorstops to be valued at

Rs 1000/-)

Windows

Providing & fixing Honna wood frames of

thickness 5x3” teakwood shutters with tinted

glass & necessary hardware with hexagon rods.

PAINTING WORK

original surface to be scraped &

rubbed with sand paper to cover all

minor defects including scaffoldings

etc.

Providing waterproof exterior grade

paint over 1 coat of primer (Asian

Ace) including the necessary

scaffolding etc. The surface should

be thoroughly cleaned and wetted

before painting.

The curing will be done as per

manufacturer’s specifications.

Providing enamel spray polish (Mat

Finish) for teak wood main door and
