• No Consignment orders.

• All changes to orders must go through Customer Service.

• Service Experts, NAS, ARS or Home Warranty accounts do not qualify for this offer.

• All orders and terms are subject to credit approval.

• New credit accounts must submit credit application, which will be processed through Credit Services within (3) business days.

• Once account is approved, Customer Service will then begin to process the qualifying order.

• Credit terms are available on order levels $10K—$19.9K receive (NQ) 1/2 standard, 1/2 30 days extended with no pre-payment discount. • Any orders on credit hold at the end of the program or orders that dealers have refused shipment will be canceled.

• At the end of the program, any unshipped portion of a qualifying order delayed due to Lennox’s inability to supply product will receive extended credit terms upon shipment.

• Delinquent accounts will be reviewed prior to receipt of any benefits.

• Pre-payment discount applies with the following qualifications:

1. The earliest due portion of the invoice must be paid first.

2. A regular cash discount will be allowed if any portion of the invoice on extended terms is paid within Lennox’s normal cash discount terms. “Normal cash discount terms” means that cash discount is allowed on invoices paid within ten (10) days of the first statement date following the invoice date.

3. To qualify for pre-payment and/or regular cash discount, the dealer’s Lennox account must be current.

• North American freight policy applies.

• Some product may be subject to availability.

• Orders are limited to a maximum of three (3) shipments.

• Lennox will schedule each truckload and/or split load and confirm ship date with the customer prior to shipment.

• Please allow at least five (5) business days between receipt of the order by Customer Service and the requested ship date.

• Once the order has completely shipped and billed, it is closed and cannot be added to. If an order has had the first delivery made, any items added to the order will be grouped with a future shipment.

• Lennox will attempt to honor dealer-requested delivery dates on a first-come, first-serve basis, based on product availability and shipping capacity.

• Qualifying pick-up orders must be scheduled and claimed in their entirety by program end date.

• At the end of the program, any unshipped or open orders may be cancelled and may not qualify for benefits.

• A dealer cannot combine orders to achieve a higher amount of benefits.

• Orders will receive free product benefits based on the offers provided.

• Dave Lennox Premier Dealers™ earn additional free product (see flyer for details).

• Dealer account must be set up on the Lennox SAP system as an eligible Dave Lennox Premier Dealer™ prior to order placement.

• Additional free product benefits may apply. Please see flyer for details.

• Free product must be placed with original order and shipped with final shipment.

• Free product benefits will be calculated at dealer Zone/Net price.

• Lennox reserves the right to refuse any returns or exchanges.

• Any returns or exchanges against an invoice that resulted in the dealer earning program incentives will be subject to a benefit reversal.
