Africa-EU Relations: Debates on the EARN Political Dialogue Report on Common Concerns

October 15, 2010

United Nations House, Cidade da Praia These meetings intent to debate the final versions of the papers produced for the EARN Political Dialogue Report, entitled “Beyond Development”. This report will be published before the III EU-Africa Summit (by mid-November), at the initiative of IEEI, SAIIA and ECDPM, the institutes in charge of the EARN Working Group on Global Issues. The PDR aims at discussing global issues of common concern, fostering strategic and working partnerships between African and European experts and institutions and promoting dialogue between the public and the policy spheres in Europe and Africa beyond the traditional areas of EU-Africa relations.
