Redeeming PointsStay Well Rewards Points are redeemable as savings off your hotel account at any participating Leisure Inn or Park Regis properties around the world. To redeem your Points, simply present your card as you settle your account after your stay, and let our front of house team know the value you wish to redeem*. We will keep you up to date with your available Reward Points via your monthly statements.

Here’s how the program works

Earning PointsYou can earn and redeem Points all over the world with Stay Well Rewards. It’s easy – simply present your Stay Well Rewards Card every time you visit a participating property and you will earn Points for the amount you spend with us.

Gold MembershipYou are eligible to become a Gold Member once you have stayed the equivalent of 10 nights at participating Leisure Inn or Park Regis properties.

You will then earn 1.5 times the points of a Classic cardholder and are eligible for a range of exclusive benefits including the following:

• Gold Members can redeem their Points for a universal gift card.

• Early check-in and late check-out† (provided on first priority basis).

• Next room category upgrade†.

• Selected bonus offers exclusive to Gold Members only.

Earn:• 1 Point per $1 AUD spend in Australia (minimum spend $10 AUD)

• 1 Point per 3 AED in Dubai (minimum spend 30 AED)

Are there any restrictions on the Points I can earn? There is a very low minimum spend amount before you start earning Points – refer to the earning points section. Stay Well Reward Points can only be earned and redeemed on stays booked directly with a participating property by email, phone, fax, via staywellgroup.com or walk-in.

Do my points ever expire?Classic Members Points are valid for 24 months and Gold Members Points are valid for 48 months from the date earned.

Do I have to pay with my credit card to earn points?No, you can pay through the following payment methods – cash, credit card or EFTPOS.

How is my privacy protected?Stay Well Rewards is committed to protecting the privacy of all our guests with special programs and safeguards.
