Ultimate70® windows, doors and conservatories are guaranteed for years against all defects in materials, subject to profile shape & dimension and resistance to weathering and natural daylight.

Ultimate70® guarantee covers the functioning and reliability of all related & supplied hardware components for years. Ultimate70® guarantee does not cover for any misuse in the case that the product has been tampered or rendered inoperative by any authorised person. This also applies if the product has been neglected or altered within its original specification.

Ultimate70® guarantee is invalidated should the product show evidence of impact, unnatural chemical corrosion or use contrary to its intended purpose.

Ultimate70® guarantee does not cover routine cleaning, normal cosmetic & mechanical wear.

Ultimate70 guarantee years relating to sealed units operating within the

scopes & boundaries of the GGF:

1) Both panes of glass (excluding a 50mm band around the perimeter of the unit) shall

be viewed in natural daylight at a distance of two metres.

2) Transparent glass shall be deemed acceptable even with the following appearances;

Seeds, bubbles/blisters, minute embedded particles or fine scratches (less than 25mm

long) are found even if obtuse or bunched. Blemishes will be viewed by looking through

the glass, not at it, in normal daylight conditions.

3) Any form of energy coating within the unit can produce tints, marks or blemishes

beyond control.

4) Patterned/Decorative glass is manufactured in large sheets with the spacing/

centralisation of the design. Therefore with repetition, exact matches cannot be met.

5) It should be noted that with all types of glass and all grades of energy rated glass,

any form of condensation cannot be fully eliminated, but is generally greatly reduced

Due to the versatile nature of Ultimate70® PVCu it can be fabricated, by the latest generation of precision CNC machinery, to form virtually any configuration of frame to suit your home.

Each product will be carefully measured by a surveyor and carefully fitted by a trained installing specialist - this expert care to attention & detail along with the minimum of disruption will provide excellent performance and weather protection and naturally improve the virtue of your home.


TECHNICAL DETAILS

All windows are fabricated with a multi-point locking mechanism, incorporating opposing cams (adjustable for compression) and sliding bolts to prevent against any form of forced entry.

The opening operation is via a white (standard) finished push button handle.

The image shows a black handle. Other colours are available.

RATINGRATING

All Ultimate70® windows can be supplied & certificated with an energy rating to comply with the current standards.

It is possible to achieve the maximum ‘A’ rating with all white PVCu frames and a ‘B’ rating with any of the coloured foil finishes.

For further details ask for the Energy Saving Glazing brochure.

In certain criteria it is neccessary to introduce an additional structural support system within a bay window design to deal with most current & building regulations. There are four types of bay pole / post which cover various varying angles all of which can be fitted with a ‘jacking plate’ arrangement.

To create equal glass areas within the window design, it is necessary to introduce ‘dummy sashes’. Dummy sashes greatly assist when using decorative glass patterns.
