Data Governance• DHS has split in Oregon: DHS and OHA (Oregon Health Authority).

• SB909 creates a new Early Childhood Agency. Requires 0-20 SLDS.

• Result = Flux.

• Response = Consider adoption of Data Governance Functional Framework (dama.org)

Technical Implementation• Worked with partner agencies during proposal development (RTT Early Learning

Challenge). Defined common core early childhood data elements.

• Agreement to implement CEDS.

• Oregon Department of Education coordinating multi-agency comment.

• Intake interviews for potential data partners
