Call for Papers The 4 th conference on New Insights into 16 th - and 17 th -century British Architecture Organized by Dr. Claire Gapper and Dr. Paula Henderson. Saturday, January 25, 2014 to be held at The Society of Antiquaries, Burlington House, London Proposals in the form of short abstracts (up to 250 words) are invited for papers of 30 minutes in length. While the emphasis remains on new developments in architecture, we welcome proposals on related themes, such as decorative arts, gardens, sculpture and monuments. The proposals should be submitted by mid-August and the final programme will be announced in September. We are grateful to the Society of Architectural Historians of Great Britain and The Paul Mellon Centre for Studies in British Art for sponsoring bursaries for post-graduate students and we encourage the participation of new scholars.
