Our automatic wrapping lines have an output from 15 to 125 pallets/hour, using wrappers with rotating platform, arm or ring. !We design, manufacture and install fully automatic lines for any sector, fully customized to the needs of customer and load to be wrapped. We also integrate transport or maintenance, peripherals as labeling and custom programming.

Shrink wrappers

SWM SERIES Our range of shrink wrappers have been designed to wrap bottles or containers made of plasic, cardboard, metal or glass, in its versions: ! only film cardboard + film cardboard tray cardboard tray + film !These wrappers can achieve an output from 20 up to 50 packs/min. !The formats can vary according to shape, capacity and size of packages. Usually, the configurations that are more in demand in the market are: 2x2, 3x2, 4x3 y 6x4. !All model SWM machines feature a mechanical system of grouping device and, according to customer requirements, are equipped with input conveyor in line or 90º. !

We integrate all types of palletizers. Currently on the market there are three different systems of palletizing aimed at different sectors and products: !The Cartesian axis palletizer is focused towards low and medium productions, being the cheapest option. !The anthropomorphic palletizer, because it is an open and flexible system, fully configurable and adaptable to the present requirements as well as the future projects or modifications, is the most established choice in recent times. !Say that a palletizer it is better than another is very bold assertion: product, cadence, or dimensions of the line are some of the elements that will define the most appropriate palletizer. ! Automatic filling boxes systems

Pick & place system combines the automatic case forming, filling and closing work, all in one. !We adapt the filling boxes work according to production, type of product, as well as grouping or position inside the box.

These systems introduce the product inside the box without the intervention of an operator, with or without artificial vision for the identification of the product (depending on the type of product, output and working conditions). !They are ideal to start the automation process of the end of line, avoiding personal in the process of filling boxes. !We integrate anthropomorphic or Delta robots to work with all kind of products: bottles, cans, packages, bags, etc.

This packing system consists in corrugated cardboard which is folded around the product and closed laterally through four small flaps. It is used to transport tetra-bricks of milk, juices, etc., tiles and also bottles of wine. !In addition, since the carton is designed to wrap exactly the grouped products, you get a higher level of compaction; unlike the American box, which usually has a size a little bigger than the dimensions of the content, causing some instability and wasting cardboard.

The AGVs are vehicles without a driver moving through an automatic guidance system, performing tasks of transport and storage, with total security and extreme precision. EAR-FLAP® offers to you a wide range of AGVs in order to find the right solution for each case:
