Terms:Prepayment is required via check (drawn only on a U.S. bank, in U.S. dollars), money order, or credit card. Eisenbrauns accepts MasterCard, Visa,

If you are enclosing a check or money order with your order, please include payment for postage and packaging according to the chart on the enclosed order form. Credit cards are charged only at the time of shipment (we do not charge credit cards in advance of shipment!).
Delivery:All orders over $99 shipped to U.S. destinations and placed online via our web site are shipped free. U.S. orders less than $99 and all orders not placed
on our web site will be charged $4.95 for the first book and $2.00 for each additional book. Orders requesting premium shipping, such as UPS, must provide a street address and will incur an additional $3.00 charge per shipment. All orders shipped to Canada will be charged $9.00 for the first book and $7.00 for each additional book. All other foreign orders will be charged $12.00 for the first book and $10.00 for each additional book. Delivery charges for multi-volume sets are calculated by the number of volumes in the set. Overweight volumes may incur additional charges. Foreign delivery time is 2 to 4 weeks for books that are in stock. Remote locations may take up to 8 weeks.
Returns:If a book has arrived damaged, defective, or with an invoicing error, please contact us with 30 days of the invoice date (within the U.S.) or 90 days
(outside the U.S.). If you wish to return a book for any other reason, there is no need to contact us. Just complete the instructions on the back of the invoice.
Discretionary returns must be postmarked within 90 days of the invoice date. Please note that items must arrive in saleable condition. We can not guarantee credit for unsaleable items. We can not accept returns on: used books, clearance items, or opened software.
